Service Description

I provide training across the broad spectrum of early childhood education. My tailored approach relates and translates to small groups or large conferences. My training prioritises a safe space to reflect, question assumptions, confront and interrogate our own thinking, in order to provide the best for children and childhoods. Particular interests include * Reflective practice * Relational Pedagogy * Inclusion * Leadership * Supporting children at risk from financial disadvantage * Supporting both PVI setting and Childminding provision Examples of courses include *Developing relational attunement - enhancing expertise through reflective practice *Leading pedagogy: a whole team approach *Visualising vulnerability in early years provisions *Is poverty the poor relation? Supporting children who are at risk of financial disadvantage *Help! I can’t do maths: empowering childminders to develop children’s mathematical thinking *Making the difference: how you own professional identity informs your practice I am always excited to have conversations with you to discuss your thoughts and deliver a course which will be responsive to the needs of your children, educators and setting/s. Training fees are available upon request and generally comprise of half and full day courses, with the exception of conferences, where this may vary.
